Additional to PVC inside the shell, 35mm ceramic insulation applied to inner surface.
Ceramic wool is next generation insulation material to assure fire resistance and sound insulation with low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, thermal shock resistance up to 1250 °C and perfect sound absorption.
Also, floating floor system applied at interior and flooring to minimize all small vibration. It means that flexible vibration barriers used between interior furniture and shell.
Carbon sandwich shell allows yacht quality paint finish and guarantees perfect surface quality for many years. Marine grade topcoat finishes provide perfect hardness and micro-scratch resistance. You will feel the exciting finish quality with new generation Awlgrip HDT topcoat paint.
Marine grade watertight doors with individual tight locking handle/dogs, comes with stainless steel hinges and door handles. The frame, door profile and plates on both sides are made of aluminum. Neoprene gasket is positioned on the frame to seal the door tight by dogs. Insulating foam material is clamped between the two plates for heat and sound barrier.
